Shipping
A number of the products we sell are custom made by hand, by artisans in the country. Due to the nature of these products shipping time could be as much as 4-6 weeks due to the time it takes to create your item. Rest assured that your product will be rushed to you in the most expedient time frame possible.
Returns
Many of our products are custom made for you as you order them and thus returns are not permitted except in cases of gross misrepresentation of the product. If you feel that your product was misrepresented, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss the situation and find a solution that is amicable to everyone involved.
